If something is not working
First, export a JSON backup if the matrix is still accessible. Confirm that JavaScript and local storage are allowed in your browser. Private browsing or site-data cleanup can prevent tasks from being retained.
If clipboard access is blocked, use CSV or JSON export. If dragging is difficult on your device, use the quadrant selector on each card. For printing, check your browser’s page size, margins, and orientation in print preview.
Before you share a report
Useful details include your browser, the page you were using, what you expected to happen, and the steps that led to the problem. Keep a copy of those details until a contact channel is available.
Do not include private task data, patient information, passwords, or share links containing personal notes. Screenshots should be checked for sensitive details before they are shared.
